Financial Crisis Architects: Barney Frank & Charles Schumer. As early as 2002 the Bush Administration warned them of the looming housing finance crisis, yet they continued to push Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac to keep dishing out mortgages to incapable borrowers. They even PRAISED these institutions while the companies continued to make bad decisions regarding loans that have since defaulted.

Barney Frank has received over $40,000 in campaign money from Fannie Mae since 1989. Even more ethically offensive, he was romantically involved with an executive at the company (Mr. Herb Moses, whom Frank referred to as his “spouse”) while he was a member of the House Banking Committee.

These Democrats are a real piece of work. They drove the economy into the ground through their own incompetence and outright lies, and followed it up by blaming the Bush Administration, who warned them it was coming all along.

And now, you’ve got President Obama saying that the people “who created the mess” should “get out of the way” so they can “clean up the mess”. Good luck, buddy. You can’t even get your own Blue Dogs in line, what makes you think you have a chance at Barney Frank or Chuck Schumer?
